ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright garnet red.
Aroma: Complex and intense notes of violet and finest wild roses along of intense ripe Blackberry and tart cherry notes, followed by a touch of licorice, dried species finishing with notes of freshly grinder black pepper through a sublime hint of oak.
Taste: Medium to full body, dry, warm and smooth, great acidity along low tannins, pleasant minerality through persistent finish, great balanced, this is a wine with personality, having evolution on the glass through each sip.
Paring food: It goes perfect with important and finest gourmet courses : game, roast meats, beef stew with herbs and meals with a touch of spicy.
Pouring Temperature: 18-20 °C / 64-68°F.
