Color: Tenuous ruby-red with orangey reflections.
Aroma: Very fine and delicate bouquet that exalts an intense fruitiness.
Taste: Dry, pleasantly bitterish, with a long-lasting aftertaste.
Paring food: Goes well with hors d’oeuvres, soups, light first courses, white meat.
Pouring Temperature: 15-18 °C / 59-64°F.
