ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw-yellow colour with golden reflections.
Aroma: Characteristic aromatic bouquet, intense and fragrant.
Taste: Sweet tasting, with a pleasant aromatic hint that sets it apart. Should be drunk while young.
Paring food: Goes well with: fruit, pastries and every kind of sweet, fantastic with Piedmontese raw salami.
Pouring Temperature: 6-8 °C / 43-46°F.
