Grappa di Nizza invecchiata
DESCRIPTION
This grappa aged in barrique derives from Barbera grapes from the homonymous DOCG Nizza. The selection of the grapes is done directly in the vineyard in the best plots of land. The distillation takes place with a discontinuous system in copper steam boilers. After distillation, the liquid is placed in barriques made up of different types of wood.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: It has an amber color typical of aging in barrels.
Aroma: The nose is complex, broad and enveloping with hints of ripe fruit, spices, vanilla and leather.
Taste: In the mouth it is rich and enveloping. Warm and very long finish.
Accompaniments: Excellent combined at the end of a meal as a digestive.
